PFD Bench free trial
Where is my data processed?
On a Google Cloud VM in Belgium (EU). Diagram data is additionally processed through OpenAI and Google AI APIs — see next question.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. We call both providers via their business APIs, whose terms exclude use of your data for model training.
How long do you keep my files?
24 hours. A scheduled job permanently deletes uploaded files, extracted tables and generated descriptions. Only technical metadata (upload time, file format) is retained for security auditing.
Can I upload drawings that are under NDA?
For the free trial we recommend sample or non-confidential drawings — the trial runs on shared infrastructure. For NDA work we offer dedicated instances (cloud or on-premises). Contact us.
What file format do I need?
DXF exports of PFDs. PDF support is in development.
What does the trial include?
5 analysis runs, no credit card, no time pressure. Need more runs to evaluate properly? Ask — we extend trials.
Why do you require a company email?
The trial is for professional evaluation; it also keeps our shared environment clean.
Who can see my project?
Only your account. Projects are isolated per user; our admins access data only for operational reasons and never share it.
How accurate is the extraction?
PFD Bench identifies equipment at 95%+ accuracy and maps connectivity at ~90% on typical drawings (F1, measured over 10 runs per drawing). On the densest, most interconnected plants some branch connections can be missed — exactly what the built-in verification step lets you catch and correct before the description is generated. Do you have security certifications?
Not yet — we are a young company and say so honestly. We share our security concept, deletion policy and subprocessor list on request. Dedicated instances are available where your data never shares infrastructure with anyone else.
