Hours of cataloging equipment, tracing connections, and drafting prose \u2014 redone every time the diagram changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">General-purpose AI failed on real-world diagrams; we tried it first. So we built PFD Bench: structural parsing of the CAD file instead of pixel reading, automatic consistency checks, and a human-in-the-loop review step. K-UTEC&#8217;s engineers tested it on diagrams from their own projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Result: 95%+ accuracy on complex, real-world PFDs, process descriptions in minutes instead of hours \u2014 and a tool now used in live engineering projects.
